About this Event

What is PACE again? Property Assessed Clean Energy. Texas PACE enables property owners to finance 100% of their energy saving, water conservation, and distributed generation improvements with little to no capital outlay. PACE enables property owners to lower their operating costs, increase net operating income and the quality of the asset, as utility savings will be greater than your payments.

The panel will be discussing a few new projects since the last talk, which means lessons learned, more familiarity with the different products on the market, and all those great indicators of a positive trend. CEU’s available.

Marina Badoian-Kriticos, Regional PM Texas PACE Authority

Tim Crockett, President Houston PACE

Rachel Davis, Business Development Petros PACE Finance

Sean Ribble, Director Greenworks Lending
