About This Event:

Hear from Tarrant County economic development experts, who will update you with economic activity overviews and PACE opportunities in Tarrant County and two of it's vibrant cities. To date, the Tarrant County PACE program has facilitated more than $24 million in new energy and water saving investment for businesses and nonprofits in the County

Case studies from Tarrant County PACE projects will be used to dissect the sophisticated PACE project capital stacks to uncover the benefits of layering PACE with historic tax credits, new market tax credits, opportunity zone investments, and more.

To date more than $34 million in PACE investment in energy and water saving improvements to commercial and industrial projects is creating lower operating expenses, jobs, and lower emissions and is revitalizing vacant and underutilized buildings throughout Texas.

Property Assessed Clean Energy (TX-PACE) is a proven financial tool that incentivizes Texas' property owners to upgrade facility infrastructure with little or no capital outlay. The Tarrant County PACE program enables business and nonprofit property owners to lower their operating costs and use the savings to pay for eligible water conservation, energy efficiency, resiliency, and distributed generation projects.  Owners gain access to private, affordable, long-term (typically 10-20 years) financing that is not available through traditional funding avenues.

This forum is a unique opportunity to learn how the Tarrant County PACE program can benefit your business and your community.
