About the Event

In response to the pandemic, leaders in the sustainability realm developed and launched guidelines to address the health, safety, and wellbeing of building occupants to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.

This webinar will provide an overview of three main rating systems: Arc Re-entry and LEED Safety First Pilot Credits from the USGBC, the WELL Heath-Safety Rating from IWBI, and the Fitwel Viral Response Module from the Center for Active Design.  Our presenters will summarize their experiences implementing these rating systems and provide insights on building trends from multiple points of view.

Our guest speakers from the 2030 Districts/JLL, Beck Group, Gensler, GreeNexus Consulting, Page, and Jordan Skala will share perspectives from real estate development, architecture, mechanical engineering, and indoor air quality testing.
