Our USGBC Texas - Impact Advisory Community

Our Impact Advisory Community - Leading with the Business Case

Globally recognized tools now enable built environment ecosystem stakeholders to consistently qualify, quantify, monetize, and communicate the environmental, social, and financial dollar-value impacts of generationally responsible best practice design, technology, policy, and investment decisions in simple to digest net present dollar benefits.

Our USGBC Texas Impact Advisory Community mission is to make these tools technologically and economically accessible for those stakeholders seeking to maximize their building's and community's Natural, Human, and Economic asset value and Humanity's and Nature's ability to prosper and thrive.

All of the opportunities laid out below seek to move the marketplace acceptance of these solutions through repeatable processes that create awareness, internalization, and clear pathways-to-action.  We welcome you on this journey.

Awareness

The current built environment ecosystem paradigm favors the decision makers.

We illuminate the natural, human, and financial generational wealth creation opportunities possible when all voices are engaged.

Internalization

Awareness has lasting value only when it connects to our personal or professional ability to thrive.

We make material the dollar-value benefits or burdens that others’ decisions create for you, your family, and your profession.

Action

Awareness and internalization can lead to frustration when no clear pathway to action exists.

We provide proven marketplace access to  business-case due diligence pathways —designed to maximize generational wealth for all stakeholders and shareholders.

USGBC LEED v5 Triple Bottom Line - Informed Design

Our buildings and communities provide the largest opportunity for built environment ecosystem stakeholders to access generational wealth.

Providing proven pathways-to-access of that wealth is a key responsibility of members of USGBC Texas.

Sustainability and Resiliency have become overused buss-words.  When we fail to consider the long-term environmental, social, and financial impacts of our decisions, and fail to clearly identify who will benefit from, or be burdened by, those decisions, we fail our future.

USGBC’s LEED v5 green rating system builds on LEED v4’s acceptance of globally recognized investment -grade due-diligence fiduciary solutions that document better long-term outcomes and impacts.  Explore the USGBC LEED v5 Triple Bottom Line-Informed Design (PRpc180) credit.
