12:00 - 1:00 PM

About the Presentation:

Join USGBC Texas as we roll out our Impact Advisory Community (IAC) initiative on September 17th from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM CT.

Our USGBC TX IAC is the safe space where the true environmental, social, and financial dollar values of generational responsible best practice designs, technologies, policies, and investment strategies is made material and actionable in the Impact decision making process.

What to expect during the presentation:

  1. Become familiar with LEED v5 Triple Bottom Line-Informed Design (www.usgbc.org/credits/new-construction-core-and-shell/v5/prpc180) and how to deploy these fiduciary exceptions on both LEED and non-LEED projects.

  2. Evaluate whether you should become a USGBC Texas Best Practice Champion.

  3. Learn how USGBC Texas Members are accessing the P3I.GLOBAL - P3I Platform® to communicate the Natural, Human, and Economic asset value opportunity available when alternative choices are made, and how those choices create generational wealth for the asset Owners, asset Inhabitants, and the Communities in which the assets reside.

  4. Learn how to field specific solutions throughout LEED and non-LEED projects that support USGBC Texas's mission, while giving you the business case agency needed and seat at the Impact decision making table.

  5. Learn how to engage with USGBC Texas and P3I.GLOBAL to become part of the community shaping solutions that create places to live, learn, work, and play where everyone and Nature thrives.
